You have clicked on "go for signature" in the consent but cannot find the "sign document" button in “postens signeringstjeneste”. This is a known problem for iPad users.
Solution: It is possible to scroll in two windows: inside the form (by holding your finger/mouse pointer inside the form) and outside the form (by holding your finger/mouse pointer outside the form).
Keep your finger/mouse pointer outside the form and scroll down to the bottom, and the button will appear. The video below shows how to sign the consent while using an iPad.
