The Nordic Mammography Screening Symposium is an exciting opportunity to take part in a 3-day symposium to challenge current thinking and to consider the future of breast cancer screening.
8th Nordic Mammography Screening Symposium

Oslo, Norway
The symposium will offer a broad perspective of breast cancer screening, European recommendations for breast screening, status of the screening programs in the Nordic countries, risk based and/or stratified screening for breast cancer and perspectives on screening in the future.
Different topics related to the field of radiology, pathology, radiography and communication/information will be presented in plenum and in parallel sessions.
Abstract submission is now open
Submission deadline: April 20th 2017
Exhibitors will demonstrate a selection of mammographic/breast imaging products and equipment during breaks.
The symposium venue is Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, which is located downtown, opposite the Royal Castle.
The Norwegian Breast Cancer Screening Program/The Cancer Registry of Norway is responsible for organising the symposium.
