Niki Marjerrison

Niki has been at the Cancer Registry since January 2020 as a PhD student in the Research Department.

She is part of the group studying cancer risk among firefighters, and she will focus on the risk of skin- and lymphohaematopoietic cancers related to occupational exposures.

Her research interests are in epidemiology and public health.

Background

Niki has a master degree in International Community Health from the University of Oslo, Norway (2018), where she focused on epidemiology, cardiovascular disease and immigrant health.

She has a BSc in kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada (2014).
