Anne Kathrin Olsen Ertzaas

Anka works as a special advisor in BreastScreen Norway, and has participated in the work on start-up, development and operation of the programme from the pilot project in 1995 until today.

She has tasks in BreastScreen Norway related to administration, operations, case management, project follow-up, quality assurance and professional development.

She also serves as secretary for the National Advisory Group in BreastScreen Norway, as well as for several professional groups.

Background

Anka graduated as a radiographer from Ullevål Radiographer College in 1989.

Before joining the Cancer Registry of Norway in 1995, she worked in the radiology department at Trondheim Regional Hospital (now St. Olavs Hospital).

She completed her experience-based master's degree in health informatics at NTNU in 2012. Anka also has a basic degree in health management (BI 2001) and a semester from the Centre for Evidence-Based Practice (HiB 2007).
