Dr. Mette Kalager, MD, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at Telemark Hospital, Norway, and at the Department of Health Management and Health Economics at the University of Oslo. She is also a visiting scientist at the Department of Epidemiology, Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Kalager defended her doctoral thesis in 2012 on The Norwegian Breast Cancer Screening Program: effects on incidence, prognosis and mortality of breast cancer. From 2004 to 2006, she was the head of the Norwegian Breast Cancer Screening Programme. |
